The Sino-NSH is a high-efficiency double-stage vacuum transformer oil purification system engineered for comprehensive dehydration, degassing, and impurity removal. Designed for power utilities, transformer manufacturing plants, and industrial maintenance facilities, this machine restores aged transformer oil to like-new condition, extending equipment lifespan and improving operational reliability.
Employs a multi-stage vacuum dehydration chamber operating at -0.096 to -0.099 MPa to rapidly strip dissolved and free water from transformer oil. Post-treatment moisture content reaches as low as 3–5 ppm, well below the IEC 60422 standard for new insulating oil.
High-vacuum degassing columns with expanded surface area maximize gas-oil contact, effectively removing dissolved air, hydrogen, acetylene, and other combustible gases. Final gas content is reduced to ≤ 0.1%, restoring the oil’s dielectric strength to ≥ 75 kV.
Multi-stage filtration system comprising pre-filters, fine filters with 1–5 μm precision, and coalescing separators. Effectively removes solid particulates, carbon sludge, metal wear debris, and colloidal contaminants. Optional magnetic separator available for ferrous particle removal.
