Description

Sino-NSH-VF is a dehydration and degassing unit that utilizes both thermal and vacuum processing techniques. Compared to the Sino-NSH-VFD series, this unit is more tailored for applications requiring smaller volumes of oil or lower capacities.Primarily, the Sino-NSH-VF is employed to enhance the properties of insulating oils found in electrical transformers and other oil-filled electrical equipment. It efficiently removes both dissolved and free water, dissolved gases, and particulate impurities, thereby elevating the special indexes of the insulation oil.By integrating vacuum flashing evaporation technology with delaminating gradual-close filter technology, the Sino-NSH-VF achieves optimal oil purification performance. Furthermore, the combination of thermal and vacuum processing enhances the breakdown voltage, which can be increased from 25kV to over 60kV.The Sino-NSH-VF boasts an optimized structure and safe control mechanisms, fulfilling the comprehensive needs of transformer manufacturers and service providers.

 

 

General

VF series transformer oil single-stage vacuum oil filter is widely used in power industry and large industrial and mining enterprises to purify the insulation oil of power transmission and transformation equipment. Can also be used for hydraulic oil, lubricating oil purification treatment. It can effectively remove water, gas and impurity particles in oil, improve insulation strength and oil quality, and ensure the normal operation of electrical equipment.

VF series single-stage vacuum insulation oil purifier is mainly used to extend the lifetime of oils used in transformers, circuit breakers, mutual inductor, voltage regulators and switch gear, or to inject the insulating oil into the transformers.

Equipped with regenerators, it can improve the effect of de-acid, de-color and remove dielectric and acid more effectively. The value of breakdown voltage will increase from 15KV to 65KV. The performance and lifetime of insulating oil will improve and extend awfully after purification and regeneration.

 

 

Operating conditions:

The installation shall be designed to opeartae satifactory at ambient temperatures ranging from -20 deg.C to 55 deg. C

Characteristics

NSH-VF series transformer oil single-stage vacuum oil filter features:

A. High precision filtration system, high quality filtration elements and progressive multistage filtration help to effectively remove mechanical impurities from oil. The filter has a self-checking function to detect the status of contaminants.
B. The heating system is made of stainless steel and adopts optimized pipeline design to ensure even heating and stable oil temperature.
C. Equipped with automatic temperature control system, automatic liquid level control system, automatic pressure protection system and high-quality main components, to ensure the high reliability and perfect performance of the equipment.
D. The single-stage vacuum oil filter supports online operation without supervision and has an indicator indicating the operation status.
E. Adopt electric control interlock design. The vacuum system, oil pump system and heating system are interlocked in the control to avoid the adverse effects of incorrect operation.
F. Equipped with indication to replace filter and overload automatic stop device.
G. Equipped with emergency stop and alarm lights to prevent leakage and power overload, so as to protect the motor.

I. The machine can be operated online and offline. In addition, it can also be used as an independent vacuum pump and vacuum oiling equipment for oil-immersed electrical = equipment. After purification, the technical parameters and performance of the transformer oil will be significantly restored. Under ideal conditions, the breakdown voltage of the oil can reach 75-80kV.

 

 

Main components

a.Pre-filter:

Utilizes a 50-80mesh strainer to remove any large particles

 

b. Electric heater:

Oil Heater System assures less than 1.0 w/cm². During the heating process, the deterioration of the oil caused by overheating is avoided. The oil temperature can be adjusted between 20℃ to 80℃.The heater is controlled manually or automatically. The heater will stop automatically when the oil temperature reaches a certain degree. Being installed with safety protection devices, the heating system is secure and reliable. The heater will stop operation automatically when the oil volume of inlet is too low to avoid the damages of the heater.

 

c. Vacuum chamber:

Utilizes coacervation technology, coalescing technology, separating technology and refined purification technology. To remove free, soluble water, free and dissolved gases. The oil-level floating ball or infrared liquid level automatic controller system are installed in the vacuum vessel to control the oil level so as to avoid the oil being

suctioned into vacuum pump in the operation. The new innovation of eliminating froth can avoid the oil being suctioned into vacuum pump.

 

d. Oil cooler:

Connected to between vacuum chamber and the roots pump, the vacuum pump to avoid oil entering roots pump and vacuum pump. Secondly, to cool the heated air.

 

e. Oil discharge pump:

Featuring high suction capabilities removes oil from the processing chamber and discharges the oil through a filter before it is directed either through the discharge port or is re-circulated within the system.

 

f. Fine filter:

Oil receives its final “polishing” treatment by passing through a high performance element. The filter is rated to capture99.5% of particles greater from 5 to 10 micron absolute.

 

g. Sampling probe:

Two (2) sampling probes shall be provided, one for the incoming oil and one for the processed oil.

 

h. Inlet&discharge valves:

Manual valves are provided for the inlet and discharge connection.

 

i. Manual re-circulation valve:

One manual valve is provided for re-circulation purposes.

 

j. Transformer dry-out connection:

One transformer dry-out connection.

 

k. Control panel:

Instrumentation, alarms& interlocks instrumentation&electrical controls are located in NEMA 12 type enclosure. Several pilot lights are provided to indicate operational status(on/off) of key components and alarm conditions.
