The 3000L/H Grey Turbine Oil Purifier is designed for processing unqualified turbine oil, especially seriously emulsified turbine oil. It efficiently removes water, gas, and impurities to restore oil quality to new oil standards, ensuring safe operation of steam turbine units.
Application

This vacuum oil filter uses special polymer materials combined with vacuum separation technology for online demulsification, dehydration, acid removal, and impurity removal. Ideal for turbine oil, low viscosity lubricating oil, and hydraulic oil processing.

Description

The TF turbine oil purifier series utilizes vacuum evaporation, coacervation, coalescing, and refined purification technologies to rapidly eliminate water, gas, impurities, colloids, and dielectric materials in high vacuum conditions, enabling waste oil reuse.

This system effectively extends oil lifetime and protects turbine machinery by preventing oil deterioration caused by vapor, water, and impurities.

Working Principle

The system operates based on water/oil boiling point differences. Oil passes through main filtration, heating (40-75°C), and vacuum separation where water evaporates and is condensed. Clean oil then undergoes fine filtration before discharge.
