6000L/H 380V Carbon Steel Turbine Oil Purifier with Electric Heating and High Water Degassing Efficiency

The transformer oil vacuum filter is specifically designed for the oil filtration and vacuum extraction requirements of 220/500/750 kV and above power transmission and transformation equipment. It is primarily used to purify insulating oil, removing moisture, gas, and mechanical impurities, thereby improving its compressive strength and quality, ensuring the safe operation of high-voltage electrical equipment. The treated oil meets national standards and is a commonly used oil filtration device in the power industry.

After the oil purifier is started, contaminated oil enters the primary filter under the influence of a pressure differential, where large particles are removed. After being heated by the primary filter, the oil enters the secondary filter, where fine particles are removed. The oil then enters the oil-water separator, where free soluble water is separated and discharged into a water collector. The oil then passes through a fine filter, where fine particles are removed. Finally, the oil enters a vacuum tank, where any remaining traces of water are removed. Vapor is condensed in a condenser or discharged through a vacuum system. Finally, the recovered oil is discharged by an oil pump.

SINO-NSH Warrants the plant supplied under this specification against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of sixteen (16) months from date of shipment or twelve (12) months after the start up of the system. SINO-NSH's obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or furnishing, without charge F.O.B. point of manufacture, a similar part to replace any part, which was proven to be defective within warranty period. SINO-NSH shall not in any event be held responsible for any indirect or consequential damages. The performance guarantee will be within limitations as detailed in duty & performance paragraph of this specification.
