I. Transformer Oil Dehydration Description

Double stage Vacuum Oil Dehydration Machine will greatly improve the effect of oil filtration. It can greatly improve the properties of transformer oil, by removing trace water, gas, particulate matters etc. from the insulating oil effectively and rapidly so as to boost performance of transformers.

 

II. Transformer Oil Dehydration Flow
1. Transformer Oil Inlet

3. Oil is heated to a set temperature by electrical heater.
4. Dehydration and Degassing under vacuum.
5. Fine filter filtrate small impurities less than 1 micron.
