The 12000L/H Turbine Oil Purifier Machine is engineered to efficiently purify contaminated turbine oil, particularly severely emulsified oil. This advanced system rapidly removes water, gas, and impurities, restoring oil quality to meet new oil standards and ensuring safe turbine unit operation.

This vacuum oil filter is primarily used for treating unqualified turbine oil, especially severely emulsified varieties. It effectively removes water, gas, and impurities through advanced vacuum separation technology, making turbid turbine oil clear and transparent. Ideal for online processing of turbine oil, low viscosity lubricating oil, and hydraulic oil.

Oil filters, also known as purifiers or clean oil machines, filter and purify contaminated oil to restore or enhance its properties. This includes improving oil cleanliness, reducing water content, gas content, acid value, and restoring proper viscosity, flash point, insulation grade, and color. The system operates without power interruption, oil change, or equipment shutdown, removing acid components, suspended matter, sludge, water, and various impurities to enhance equipment insulation and safety performance.

Features an optimized vacuum vessel that triples the evaporation area compared to conventional systems. The innovative structure extends oil flow distance in vacuum, providing sufficient time for complete moisture and gas removal through vaporization.

Utilizes specialized glass fiber filtering materials with progressively smaller apertures across multiple stages. Offers stable filtering fineness from 1-10µm with β≥1000 rating, plus reverse rinse capability for extended filter life.

Provides uniform heating with less than 1.0 w/cm² density to prevent oil deterioration. Temperature adjustable from 20℃ to 80℃ with automatic safety shutoff.

Incorporates Schneider and Siemens components with comprehensive protection against oil ejection, overload, and over voltage.

Features floating ball or infrared liquid level controllers with innovative foam elimination to prevent vacuum pump oil suction.

Operates based on the boiling point difference between water and oil. The system creates vacuum conditions where oil enters through the main filter, passes through heating tanks, and enters the vacuum tank as oil mist. Water evaporates into steam, condenses, and discharges while gases are removed by vacuum pump. Final filtration through fine filters ensures particle-free clean oil output.

SINO-NSH provides a 16-month warranty from shipment date or 12 months after system startup. Warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts. Two copies of operating and maintenance manuals included with each unit.
